Our expectation from the person to be hired is at least 5 years of experience, specialized in corporate law and finance, advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, meticulous and responsible in business follow-up, following legal processes, customer-oriented work, good communication skills and teamwork.
It is preferred that the candidates have experience in fields such as Turkish Commercial Code, Capital Markets Law, Execution and Bankruptcy Law, Company Law, and have advanced knowledge of English and international law.
