MAHİR KUBİLAY DAĞLI

Mahir Kubilay Dağlı began his career in 1997 as an Assistant Expert at the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB). After serving in various positions at the CMB for 18 years, he worked as Deputy General Manager at DenizBank Investment Services Group between 2015 and 2021.

Between 2021 and 2023, he served as the Founding General Manager and Member of the Board of Directors at BtcTurk Investment Securities Inc. He later held the position of General Manager and Board Member at Trive Investment Securities Inc. from 2023 to 2025.

With 29 years of experience in capital markets, Mr. Dağlı holds an LL.B. from Ankara University Faculty of Law, an LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Atılım University.
