Günay Faruk Özer

Günay Faruk Özer is a technology executive with more than 25 years of experience in digital transformation, data, artificial intelligence, and enterprise technology strategy across regulated sectors including finance, capital markets, energy, and technology. He specializes in aligning enterprise strategy with technology and data infrastructures, establishing scalable digital platforms, modernizing legacy systems through cloud transformation, and enabling data-driven decision-making processes.

Throughout his career, he has played an active role in the digitalization of Turkey’s capital markets and contributed to the design and launch of national-scale RegTech and data infrastructures, including the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP). In addition, he has held senior technology leadership roles in international organizations and led the establishment of global technology infrastructures supporting public listing and large-scale corporate operations.
